The Account Manager is a critical role within the Customer Success and Operations department that works directly with our advertising agency partners to execute on campaigns to meet client targets. The role supports our sales team to ensure that all aspects of the campaign cycle are performing to client expectations while updating, educating, and building relationships with our agency partners.
The Account Manager facilitates the management of all aspects of the campaign life cycle, working closely with our Sales, Creative Services, and Programmatic Ad Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns, while providing GumGum clients with industry-leading customer service.

Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

What You'll Achieve

• Launch and execute sold campaigns across GumGum's proprietary platform, hitting every SLA along the way.
• Own the full campaign life cycle — setup through optimisation — in close partnership with Sales, Creative Services and Programmatic Ad Operations.
• Build real relationships with agency contacts and become the person they trust to make a campaign perform.
• Deliver reporting that says something: performance, insights and clear recommendations, shared both internally and with clients.
• Produce End of Campaign Reports mapped to each campaign's objectives and KPIs, on time, every time.
• Partner with Sales to shape media plans and campaign strategies that win and grow business.
• Spot upweight opportunities inside live campaigns and turn them into incremental revenue.
• Keep the engine running — accurate Salesforce and Jira records, IOs and screenshots, and billing reports that make end-of-month invoicing painless.

Skills You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline.
• 2+ years in digital media — account management, media planning and/or customer service in online verticals.
• Working knowledge of the ad tech industry and digital advertising trends (a definite plus).
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts, terminology, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with DoubleClick, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Salesforce and Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a solutions-oriented mindset in every agency and client conversation.
• Sharp attention to detail and time management that holds up against competing deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Diplomacy to manage stakeholders inside and outside the business while still delivering on client expectations — plus confidence in PowerPoint, Excel and Word or Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
