What You’ll Do
Perform water extraction, structural drying, and basic demolition Set up and monitor equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Assist with mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanup Document job progress (photos, notes, moisture readings) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Work as part of a team to restore homes and businesses What You Need Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work occasional on-call shifts (nights/weekends) What We Offer $17–$22/HR + overtime opportunities Paid training Full-time, steady work Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities (lead tech, supervisor roles) Apply Today!
