Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Front Desk Clerk are to welcome and check in members and guests, answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate person or office, accurately record and enter sales in the Point of Sale (POS) system, collect revenue for products purchased from the Pro Shop, assist with facility tours, and maintain familiarity with HealthWorks Wellness & Fitness Center programs and policies in order to answer questions from members, guests, and prospective members.
This position also assists with facility tours and new member sign-ups as needed and performs other duties assigned by management.

Follows opening procedures according to the Policy and Procedures Binder, ensuring:
Follows closing procedures and completes cash reconciliation accurately.

This position is part of the collective bargaining unit.
The pay range for this position is $17.47 - $24.26 per hour, based on experience.
