This job is a (40-hour) full time, benefited, FLSA non-exempt position in the Administrative Services Division that reports to the Coordinator of Asset Management.
Schedule: 40-hours per week, on campus, at the Lawrenceville campus; Monday through Friday; May occasionally work at the Alpharetta-North Fulton Campus
Minimum Qualifications (Job Code 31119)
Associate’s degree *and* Three (3) years of work-related experience.
Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years of surplus work-related experience.
Job Description Summary:
Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of fiscal and administrative support functions such as records management, cost analysis, conducts physical inventory of college assets, and provides support to the Coordinator of Asset Management, and the Director of Accounting.
