About the Role
The Senior Project Manager, Greenlight Tax Advisor Operations is responsible for leading operational programs, associate engagement initiatives, and project execution that support the Greenlight Tax Advisor organization. This role serves as a critical partner to operational leadership, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring operational processes, communications, and knowledge resources are effective and scalable. The Senior Project Manager drives continuous improvement, supports organizational change efforts, and helps create an engaged, informed, and high-performing workforce that delivers exceptional client and associate experiences.
Day to day, you’ll…
- lead Operational Analytics and Business Insights. Own the collection, analysis, tracking, and reporting of operational, performance, and engagement data. Develop dashboards, reports, and recommendations that provide actionable insights and support strategic business decisions.
- manage Project Execution and Delivery. Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, deliverables, stakeholder communications, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed to achieve desired outcomes.
- maintain Operational Documentation and Knowledge Management. Create, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, process documentation, operational resources, and knowledge management tools that support onboarding, training, consistency, and operational excellence.
- partner with leadership to develop and execute engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Gather associate feedback, monitor engagement trends, and implement improvement strategies that strengthen culture and employee experience.
- lead Communications and Organizational Alignment. Develop and execute communication strategies that keep associates informed, engaged, and aligned to business priorities, operational updates, organizational changes, and key initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
- Strong project management skills including scope management, risk mitigation, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting operational and performance data to drive business decisions
- Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge management resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and reporting or project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with employee engagement, culture, or retention programs
- Experience within tax, financial services, retail operations, or customer service environments

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range
$89,800.00 - $134,700.00/Yr.
