The primary purpose of a Food Service Busser is to assist with clearing guest eating areas, prepare areas for new guests, and provide guests and other team members with consistent, friendly service. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Alamo Manager.
Park’s operational summer hours are typically Sunday through Tuesday 12pm to 8pm and Wednesday through Saturday 12pm to 9pm. During the parks season, evening and weekend hours are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clear dishware, cups, and utensils from tables once guests have left
- Place non disposable dinnerware in bus pans, place disposable dinnerware in trash cans
- Wipe down tables and seats
- Sweep floor/ground around table and in front of service counters
- Prepare and reset tables for next guests
- Ask for help or supplies when needed
