SUMMARY

The primary purpose of a Cook is to prepare food orders for our restaurant while maintaining food safety standards and regulations.  This is a part-time year round position, reporting to the Assistant Manager/Manager.

Restaurant operational hours are typically Sunday through Saturday 11am to 8/9pm during summer season and Wednesday through Sunday 3pm to 8pm during winter season.  Evening and weekend hours are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare, cook food items in accordance with food safety standards and regulations

• Receive and accurately cook, complete all food orders to guest specifications
• Stock food and supplies and communicate the need for additional supplies and assistance when needed
• Maintain equipment and immediately report any problems with equipment

• Clean food prep area throughout and at the end of shift to maintain food safety standards
