The primary purpose of a Food Service Server is to attentively serve and make sure our guests have a great and timely food experience. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Alamo Manager.
Park’s operational summer hours are typically Sunday through Tuesday 12pm to 8pm and Wednesday through Saturday 12pm to 9pm. During the parks season, evening and weekend hours are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explain menu to guests
- Enter orders accurately in computerized order system
- Serve guests food and drink orders accurately
- Return to guests within 3 minutes after serving to ensure order is correct
- Check on guests periodically to see if you can help them with anything
