Food Service Team Member - IFC Complex

SUMMARY

The primary purpose of a Food Service Attendant is to assist guests with their food/drink order, answer questions, run the cash register, and maintain a clean workstation. IFC Complex consists of the following stands: Backyard BBQ, Dippin’ Dots, International Food Court, Jolly Trolley, and Phoenix Junction. This is a seasonal position, reporting to a IFC Manager.

Park’s operational summer hours are typically Sunday through Tuesday 12pm to 8pm and Wednesday through Saturday 12pm to 9pm. During the parks season, evening and weekend hours are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Prepare food items, if appropriate, prior to orders being taken
•      Take food and drink orders
•      Serve guest food or drink orders accurately
•      Accurately ring up sale in cash register
•      Receive correct money or tickets and give correct change
•      Stock food and supplies as needed
