Summary

The position will act as the Lead Cash Management and provides guidance and direction for Cash Posting and Refunds as well as assist in training. The Lead works closely with the Supervisor Cash Management to help ensure patient accounting accuracy and compliancy according to the guidelines set forth in the departments policies and procedures.

Minimum Education Level:

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education Level:

Associate's Degree

Minimum Experience Required:
Bachelors degree and at least seven (7) years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle information system design, development, implementation, and support.

An Associates degree plus two additional years of experience as stated above (total nine (9) years'
experience) may be considered.

A High School Diploma/GED and eleven (11) years of experience as stated above may be considered.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience within patient related charge capture, patient financial services and/or patient management.
Prior experience in the specific systems supported.

Salary Range

$22.74 - $34.68

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
