Summary
The RN Advisor uses the nursing process to effectively plan and manage patient care by providing individualized, quality nursing care to cancer patients and family members over the phone, in accordance with established Cancer Center guidelines, nursing care standards, and Moffitt Clinic policies. Using the concepts of Duffy's Quality Caring Model, ensures calls are answered promptly and accurately while assessing patient's urgent signs and symptoms. Provides nursing interventions and acts as a liaison with the clinical team. Documents assessment and interventions in the EHR.Moffitt Cancer Center's Genitourinary Oncology Program is a world-class destination for patients with cancers of the urinary tract and male genital organs. We are a high-paced, high-volume, National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with concentrated programs for even the rarest malignancies, and many of our physicians are fellowship-trained in urologic sub-specialties. As a result, we are a trusted partner of physicians across the nation in need to refer their patients to an advanced program for genitourinary cancer diagnosis or treatment.
Our Genitourinary Oncology Clinic accommodates 70-100 patients daily who have been diagnosed with or require diagnostic testing for any of the following cancers:
•Adrenal cancer
•Bladder cancer
•Kidney cancer
•Penile cancers
•Prostate cancer
•Renal cell cancer
•Teratoma
•Testicular cancer
•Urethral, urachal, ureteral or urothelial cancer

Salary Range
$37.70 - $56.57Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
