Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Review and process invoices and related cover sheets from various departments and input all data in accounting system (SAP S/4 HANA)
- Preparing operational expenditure payment batch
- Reviewing and verifying expense reports for various departments to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies
- Reconciling operational expense accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Managing prepaid expense, accrued expense, prepayment or deposit and accrued account schedule
- Managing and tracking corporate fixed asset with depreciation schedule
- Managing, monitoring and reconciling operational support inventory
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements related to operation expenses, including balance sheets and income statements
- Analyze spending trends and variances to identify areas for cost reduction or improvement
- Other special projects as assigned
Qualifications / Skills:
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a business-related field (Finance, Economics, or
Statistics preferred). Equivalent experience and a strong knowledge of accounting principles may be considered in lieu of a degree - 1–3 years of experience in an applicable field is required. H Mart provides an extensive training program, and candidates with equivalent office experience will be considered
- General understanding of accounting processes and functions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with computerized accounting systems is a plus (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA
Cloud preferred) - Must speak, read, and write Korean; basic English comprehension required

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mon - Fri
Salary Range: $52,000 - 70,000
