Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end ticketing in CRM and helpdesk systems, maintaining accurate records until full resolution
- Maintain accurate case records in the helpdesk/ticketing system and follow up until every case is resolved
- Deliver exceptional, multi-channel customer support with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring strict accuracy for descriptions, media assets, pricing, and overall catalog integrity
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns to ensure seamless execution across platforms
- Monitor order flows and resolve complex shipping, return, and exchange inquiries
- Coordinate directly with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee accurate and timely fulfillment
- Execute accurate data entry tasks supporting order processing, inventory management, and log tracking
- Deliver exceptional, multi-channel customer support with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
Qualifications / Skills:
- High School degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, retail support, or customer experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce order management systems (OMS), shipping workflows, and return flows
- High attention to detail regarding data accuracy and process management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Direct experience with CRM software and helpdesk management platforms
- Customer-first mindset, comfortable handling shipping/return issues
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri
Salary Range: $56,100 - 76,300
