    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist our current commercial team during the bidding, project management, billing, and project completion processes

    • Work with the team to evaluate these processes, with the goal of optimization over time 

    • Support team members in potential change implementation and support 

    • Work with the commercial team to achieve and maintain alignment between multiple divisions  

    • Provide redundancy in the commercial division, learning other team member’s job functions in order to assist and complete their job duties if needed on a temporary basis

    • Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and team members

    • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information needed for proposals, invoicing, contracts, and compliance submissions

    • Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Division

    • Review client contracts, subcontract agreements, and related documents for completeness and compliance requirements

    • Coordinate and track insurance certificates, endorsements, bonding requirements, and related compliance documentation

    • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

    • This role will expand as the employee grows with the company, and future duties will include additional functions to support the commercial and executive teams.

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Accounting, or related field preferred

    • Prior experience in contract administration, compliance coordination, construction administration, or commercial service operations preferred

    • Strong understanding of contracts, insurance documentation, licensing, and compliance processes is preferred

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems

    • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

    • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
