Inventory / Pricing Coordinator

Position Overview

The Inventory & Pricing Coordinator plays a vital role in our daily operations by managing the flow of equipment, parts, and materials required for water treatment installations and service jobs. You will be responsible for stock levels, vendor relations, price catalog maintenance, and ensuring our service technicians have everything they need to execute jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Process returns, warranty claims, and defective parts with vendors/manufacturers.

• Monitor and maintain stock levels for equipment (water softeners, RO systems, UV filters, pumps) and consumables (salt, filter cartridges, resin, fittings, valves, pipe, etc.).

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts (cycle counts and full audits) and reconcile discrepancies in our management software.

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments

• Manage inventory tracking

Pricing & Purchasing Coordination

• Maintain and update the service management software (ServiceTitan) and inventory databases.

• Generate purchase orders (POs) and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and freight options with vendors and suppliers.

• Monitor vendor price changes, updating internal price books and margin calculations accordingly to ensure profitability.

• Track supplier order statuses and lead times to prevent stockouts or project delays.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to review job costing, special equipment pricing, and custom project quotes.
