What You'll Do

· Install, diagnose and repair residential water systems, with a focus on water treatment equipment, well tanks, well pumps, and water heaters.

· Provide homeowners with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and options for repairs or upgrades

· Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and drinking water quality

· Maintain accurate records in Service Titan, including materials used and time on-site

· Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained

· Follow all safety procedures and comply with codes and internal policies

· Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every interaction

What We're Looking For

· 2+ years of technical experience in the water industry

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers

· Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently

· Proficient with plumbing tools and familiar with local codes

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Willingness to continually learn and grow in your role

· Plumbing licensure or relevant certifications are a plus
