Overview of Position
Responsible for educating homeowners on water quality issues and providing customized water treatment solutions. This role involves in-home consultations, water testing, product demonstrations, and closing sales for systems such as water softeners, filtration, and purification equipment.

Conducting Consultations: Engage with customers to assess their water quality issues and educate them about the benefits of our water treatment products.
Solution Recommendations: Use your expertise to recommend the most suitable products and systems based on customer needs, ensuring a personalized and effective solution.
Building Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Sales and Outreach: Proactively reach out to leads in your network, follow up on sales presentations, and convert potential customers into satisfied clients through effective communication.
Staying Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to provide accurate information and maintain a competitive edge.
Responsible for managing company-provided leads, generating new appointments through proactive outreach and cultivating referrals from existing clients.

Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:
Sales Experience: This is helpful, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information and build rapport with customers.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Availability: Open to working evenings and some weekends based on availability of our customers
