We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Move Manager / Sales Progressor with a proven track record of success in administrative roles.
Experience within estate agency, residential lettings, or a strong understanding of the home-buying process is highly desirable.

Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of branch sales progression
Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home-moving process
Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience

What’s on offer to you
Basic annual salary is between £20,000 to £22,000 (Depending on experience)

What you need to bring to the table
Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry

As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion
