    • Research and interpret federal and state grant requirements, funding opportunities, and grants management best practices to inform technical assistance activities and resources.

    • Collaborate with team members and client staff to advance coordinated solutions aligned with broader client objectives.

Qualifications for the Grants Administration Program Consultant Include:

    • 5+ years of professional experience supporting government programs, preferably experience with state-level grant program management and implementation.

    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse public and private sector stakeholders to understand organizational needs, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions.

    • Previous experience supporting grant administration, compliance monitoring, subrecipient oversight, or program governance activities.

    • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills, including experience working with clients, external partners, and leadership teams

Compensation for the Grants Administration Program Consultant Includes:

    • Salary range of $105,000 - $135,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
