As Senior Brand Manager Respiratory & Therapeutic Skin Health, you will play a critical role in driving market execution excellence and business performance across a portfolio of leading Consumer Healthcare brands.

The role combines strong commercial ownership with brand activation leadership, ensuring global strategies are effectively translated into superior in-market execution and sustainable growth.

You will be accountable for delivering business objectives through rigorous management of brand performance, P&L, forecasting, investment optimization, and cross-functional execution while acting as a key integrator across Marketing, ComEx, Sales, Finance, Supply, Medical, Regulatory and external partners.

Success in this role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, commercial acumen, executional excellence and stakeholder leadership.

Business Ownership & Performance Management:

• Own delivery of annual brand business objectives, including sales, market share, profit and key performance indicators.
• Monitor business performance, identifying risks and opportunities and developing corrective action plans.
• Oversee brand P&L and marketing budget management, ensuring optimal return on investment and compliance with company processes.
• Contribute to consumption forecasting and business planning activities in close partnership with ComEx, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain teams.

Market Analytics & Insight Generation

• Drive in-depth analysis of market, consumer, customer and competitive performance to generate actionable business recommendations.

• Leverage internal and external data sources to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends and performance gaps.

• Run robust performance tracking framework to monitor activation effectiveness and investment efficiency.

Brand Activation & Market Execution

• Lead implementation of activation plans aligned with global strategies.
• Ensure flawless execution of consumers initiatives across touchpoints.
• Adapt and localize global campaigns, toolkits and innovation programs to maximize impact in the local market.
• Partner with Digital, Shopper Marketing, Media and Creative agencies to ensure best-in-class execution.
• Monitor activation effectiveness and continuously optimize plans based on performance data and learnings.

Cross Functional Leadership

• Act as business interface between cross-functional teams to ensure - alignment and execution excellence.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with Commercial, OU, Finance, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain and external partners.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related.
• 7+ years of experience across Brand Marketing, Category Management and Commercial roles within Consumer Healthcare, FMCG or OTC industries.
• Proven track record of delivering business results through effective execution and performance management.
• Strong analytical acumen with proven ability to translate data into business decisions and actions.
• Experience managing business performance, P&L and marketing investments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong learning agility, resilience and growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.·       Experience in forecasting, financial planning and investment optimization.
• Experience working with global and regional marketing organizations.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands

The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations.
