Job Overview:
The Lead DME Representative is responsible for ensuring that the DME department runs efficiently by overseeing DME & Supplies requests from all sources.
Essential Responsibilities:
- ODAG audit
- Liaison for ProPeer emails
- Disenrollment list for all LOBS
- Assist with Triaging emails to DME mailbox
- Verifying Medicaid through epaces as requested from staff
- Training of new staff
- Assist with creating changing workflows
- Run Work Log Manager to ensure that activities are responded to within 48 business days
- Assist with auditing MLTC/Medicare authorizations
- Updating DME Staff weekly productivity log
- Monthly individual DME winning stars per employee
- Monthly DME winning stars dashboard
- Monthly employee ratio
- Backup for DME Director
- Complete audits for surveys as needed/member facing team projects
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in the use of office equipment and the computer; Microsoft Word, Excel, Guiding Care
- Self-directing, good organizational and interpersonal skills
Required Education, Experience, and Licenses:
- 2 year satisfactory healthcare office experience
