As a Senior Software Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Integrated Customer Care & Billing (CCB-I) platform, driving technical excellence while delivering solutions that have a direct impact on our global customers. 

You'll contribute to technical design, influence engineering best practices, mentor fellow developers, and champion modern development approaches, including AI-assisted engineering. Working closely with Product, QA, and Development teams, you'll help deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing software while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions for Hansen's customer care and billing platform. 

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve defects, and provide ongoing application support. 

• Participate in requirements discussions, solution design, estimation, and sprint planning activities. 

• Write and execute unit tests while collaborating closely with QA teams to ensure exceptional software quality. 

• Conduct peer code reviews and promote engineering standards, best practices, and code quality. 

• Build, maintain, and optimise development and testing environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. 

• Mentor and support developers through technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving. 

• Drive innovation through AI-assisted development practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in ASP.NET and C#. 

• Strong experience with modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js, and jQuery. 

• Proven experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, Web APIs, web services, or similar distributed systems. 

• Strong database development experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and modern software delivery practices. 

• Experience in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps principles. 

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools while maintaining strong validation, quality, and security standards. 

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. 

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
