As a Software Developer, you'll contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our Integrated Customer Care & Billing (CCB-I) platform, helping customers deliver essential services more efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do 

• Develop, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot software solutions for Hansen's customer care and billing platform. 

• Participate in requirements discussions, sprint planning, and technical design activities with the development team. 

• Write and execute unit tests while working closely with QA teams to ensure high software quality. 

• Investigate and resolve defects, providing technical support when required. 

• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, features, and development processes. 

• Research and apply modern software development techniques, tools, and best practices. 

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency in coding, testing, debugging, and problem-solving. 

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. 

• Around 3 years of hands-on experience developing applications using ASP.NET and C#. 

• Experience with modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js, and jQuery. 

• Experience developing and integrating web services, RESTful APIs, WCF, or Web APIs. 

• Strong database development experience using Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. 

• Experience using AI-powered development tools while maintaining code quality, security, and engineering standards. 

• Strong coding, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

• Good verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to participate in technical discussions.
