We deliver compassionate 1-on-1 support—including companionship, personal care, and respite services—across West Virginia. Grounded in trust, respect, and meaningful connection, our caregivers bring peace of mind to families and genuine heart to our community. Step into a career that truly matters.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

    • We know you cannot pour from an empty cup. We deeply value your time, your hard work, and the incredible care you bring to our community.
    • Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Weekly pay + Daily Pay option!)
    • Paid Training: Get paid for your orientation.
    • Ultimate Flexibility: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN.
    • Shifts That Fit: Days, evenings, weekdays, or weekends—tell us what you need!
    • Premium Holiday Pay: Earn time-and-a-half (1.5x) for holiday shifts.
    • $100 Referral Bonus: Good people know good people. Bring other great caregivers and get rewarded.
    • Mileage Reimbursement: Fully reimbursed driving for client errands and appointments.
    • Monthly Awards: Prize drawings, Employee of the Month (EOTM), raffles, and more.

    A Day In The Field
Depending on their specific care plan, your daily duties may include:

    • Companionship: Providing meaningful conversation and emotional support.
    • Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and general hygiene.
    • Meal Preparation: Preparing food according to dietary needs and assisting with feeding if required.
    • Light Housekeeping: Managing laundry, dishes, trash, and general tidying up.
    • Medication Reminders: Prompting clients to take scheduled medications.
    • Mobility Assistance: Aiding with safe transfers, repositioning, and using mobility equipment.
    • Environment: One-on-one care provided in private residences
    • Transportation: Driving the client to medical appointments, errands, and approved outings.
    • Respite Care: Giving family caregivers a reliable, well-deserved break.
    • Documentation: Logging shift activities and communicating any changes in the client's condition.

You will help create a safe, respectful, and positive experience for every client by showing up on time, following care plan instructions, maintaining professional boundaries, and treating every home you enter with care and respect.

    Qualifications

We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and genuinely committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, good judgment, a positive attitude, and a real desire to help others.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Photo ID and reliable transportation required
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
