Floor Tech Responsibilities: Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas. Moving furniture before and after cleaning. Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors. Measuring chemicals correctly. Operating chemical dispensing units. Labeling chemicals correctly.

Operate and maintain carpet cleaning and upholstery equipment.
Operate and maintain tile care and hard surface cleaning and polishing equipment.
Operate and maintain floorcare automated vacuuming equipment.
Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
Operate and maintain carpet extraction and drying equipment.
May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds multiple times per day.
