Accounts Payable Clerk

Reporting to the Accounts Team Leader, the focus of this role is to support internal stakeholders while delivering the end-to-end accounts payable function accurately and efficiently.

Roster: 

• Full-time roster of 5 days on / 2 days off (Monday to Friday) based at our Milton office
• Flexible working arrangements, including up to 2 days per week working from home

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices accurately across AUD and foreign currencies for multiple companies.
• Process and upload payment files to the bank in line with internal requirements.
• Prepare bi-monthly payments and remittances.
• Maintain documentation for invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations.
• Complete monthly reporting and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining industry.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use computerised accounting systems; Pronto or Redmap experience is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Foreign exchange experience.
• Experience working within a large company will be highly regarded.
