We are now hiring a Service Administrator to support our technicians, clients and service team in delivering excellent customer service and full compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring dedicated service contracts run smoothly, customers are supported and compliance is always met.

- Assist service technicians with tools, equipment and materials for fire safety system inspections and maintenance.
- Help with scheduling, documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform basic inspections, inventory checks and preparation of service kits.
- Communicate with customers and team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Uphold safety protocols and company standards at all times.
- Build long-lasting, positive and trusting relationships with our key service clients.
- An A-player mindset — high standards, extreme ownership and the drive to do things properly, the first time.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A strong sense of accountability and reliability.
- The ability to adapt and stay resilient in fast-paced or physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a technical, construction or service-based role is an advantage, although not essential — we will train the right person.
