JOB SUMMARY
The Limousine Driver provides safe, professional transportation for VIP guests and Team Members using property vehicles while delivering consistently exceptional service. This role adheres to all DOT, FMCSA, and state regulations, maintains an immaculate personal appearance, and ensures vehicles remain clean, well‑maintained, and fully operational. The driver enhances the guest experience through courteous interaction, up‑to‑date knowledge of property events and services, and prompt response to transportation needs and requests.
Responsibilities include transporting passengers according to schedules and business demands, performing routine vehicle inspections, reporting mechanical issues, and supporting transportation operations both on and off property. The Limousine Driver demonstrates Spotlight on Service standards, participates in departmental initiatives, and upholds Caesars Entertainment’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Commitment in all interactions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company driver eligibility requirements, including fewer than three moving violations and fewer than three accidents within the past three years, and no disqualifying driving-related incidents within the past three years, including suspension of driving privileges, DUI/DWI convictions, reckless driving convictions, two or more speeding violations exceeding 25 mph over the posted speed limit, or any citation for unlawful cell phone use while operating a vehicle.
A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement is required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong guest‑service, communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills; able to multitask, prioritize, work independently or as part of a team, remain adaptable, and follow direction while maintaining a professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
Knowledge of area highways, airports, hotels, and attractions; able to read and interpret highway maps and operate all passenger vehicles and light trucks, including manual transmissions, in varied traffic and weather conditions.
Highly detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic; proficient with Microsoft applications (including Excel); able to stay informed on property events and respond promptly and courteously to guest and Team Member needs.
Physically able to sit for long periods, remain mobile throughout the casino and surrounding property, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform frequent movements such as bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and gripping; able to respond to visual and auditory cues and communicate clearly in English.
