Beauty Concierge

We’re currently looking for a Beauty Concierge to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty team.

H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for providing a first-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and H beauty brand.

As part of your role you will reach out to and liaise with local influencers who are aligned to our brand to create working partnerships. You will support and lead our local events and work with local stakeholders to have a full and successful event calendar. You will also work closely with the store management team to generate and implement innovative ideas to drive sales for the Lakeside store. Clienteling is a key part of this role, as you will support the store team to build a local client network in the Thurrock and surrounding areas.

In return, you’ll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £29,089 per annum, 22 days’ holiday, your birthday off, double time on Bank Holidays, up to 33% Harrods discount (including our restaurants), plus joining our pension scheme.

About You

You are a true Beauty fanatic, you take pride in knowing about new launches, the best products for an individual’s needs and have a keen interest to learn more about Make-up, Skincare and Fragrance.

You’ll Also:

• Be a self-starter is a must, you will be organised and have the ability to engage and teach your colleagues about the new must have products.
• Present yourself to the highest standards. Ensure behaviour and personal grooming is in line with the company’s dress for your day code.
• Leverage social media to showcase our exceptional beauty offering.
• Lead events with confidence and creativity.
• Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure.
• Be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing that anything is possible.
• Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively.
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
