General Position Summary
The Card Breaker & Trading Card Content Specialist serves as an on-camera brand ambassador, trading card expert, and community builder for Lids' growing collectibles business. This position is responsible for hosting live product breaks, creating engaging hobby content, educating customers, and delivering an entertaining and informative experience both in-store and through digital channels. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a strong on-air presence, deep trading card knowledge, and a passion for sports, collectibles, and building relationships within the hobby community. This role combines retail expertise, entertainment, content creation, and customer engagement to drive awareness, excitement, and sales within the trading card category.
