• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to boost Havells Pump.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and forecast future sales trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional activities.
• Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Delivering top line sales numbers, achieving all time high volumes in almost all product categories
• Distributor management by ensuring optimal stocking levels and high billing efficiency for all distributors

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with relevant experience or B.E. Electrical preferred 
• 6-8 years of experience in sales management.
• Experience in switchgear sales
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse team of professionals.
