Senior Executive – Human Recourses
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders across the Cluster.
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, employee engagement programs, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and governance requirements.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services teams to deliver seamless HR solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to logistics, supply chain, projects, engineering, or operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders and driving HR initiatives.
