Build an information kit and process document to share with influencers 3. Reach out to hundreds of influencers individually or through a platform 4. Manage contract negotiations 5. Track results from impressions, to web traffic, to new user acquisition, to monetization 6. Scale and iterate the program Must experiences: * Already done influencer marketing within the B2C/B2B space (not e-commerce) where dozens/hundreds of influencers help create content for the brand market the application.
