    • Our work includes planning, design, and oversight of construction of environmental infrastructure – for water, wastewater, and stormwater management.
    • We foster a work environment low on bureaucracy and high in creativity.
    • We recruit talented professionals, provide them with challenging, interesting, and creative assignments, and furnish them with the tools they need to succeed.
    • We currently have over 2,000 employees in 70+ offices throughout the United States, Latin America, Canada, and the UK.

    Key Responsibilities may include:

    • Project engineering/management, mentoring and developing junior staff, performing site inspections and assessments of existing infrastructure.
    • Perform assessment, design, and construction tasks for water and wastewater treatment projects.
    • Produce design calculations, technical reports, permitting, detailed design and engineering plans/specifications for environmental structures such as industrial buildings, pump stations, process basins, storage facilities and treatment facilities.
    • Participate in construction tasks for similar projects including submittal review, responding to RFI’s, site inspections and clarifications during construction.

    Required Qualifications:

    • BS degree in Civil Engineering (with a Structural Concentration preferred) or Structural Engineering
    • PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
    • 5-12 years of related experience
    • Experience in design and construction of structural steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, and aluminum is required as well as knowledge of applicable building codes, design standards including ACI, AISC, ASCE, and structural analysis and design software
    • Candidates must be effective communicators and be able to successfully work in a multi-discipline team environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree Master’s in Civil Engineering (with a Structural Concentration) or Structural Engineering

    What We Offer:

    • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans)
    • Pre-tax flexible spending plans for medical, dependent care, and transportation
    • Short and long-term disability, and employer paid life insurance
    • Paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off (PTO)
    • Employer-contributed 401(k) plan and additional financial planning support
    • Professional growth opportunities, including tuition reimbursement, in-house training, and incentives for professional registration and professional organization memberships
