Leather Jacket Master

<p><strong>          Cutting & Stitching:</strong> Accurately cut leather panels and stitch jackets as per approved patterns and tech packs.</p><ul><li><p><strong>Sample Development:</strong> Work closely with the design team to develop new samples and styles.</p></li><li><p><strong>Pattern Understanding:</strong> Read and interpret patterns, measurements, and specifications.</p></li><li><p><strong>Quality Control:</strong> Ensure precision, neatness, and high-quality finishing in stitching and construction.</p></li><li><p><strong>Material Handling:</strong> Understand various types of leathers (lamb, cow, goat, suede, nubuck, etc.) and their handling techniques.</p></li><li><p><strong>Team Coordination:</strong> Supervise or guide junior tailors, helpers, and support staff if needed.</p></li><li><p><strong>Repairs & Alterations:</strong> Make modifications or adjustments as required in prototypes or bulk pieces.</p></li><li><p><strong>Production Efficiency:</strong> Maintain timelines and ensure productivity standards are met.</p></li></ul>
