Job Description:

8-12 Years experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces
• Translate wireframes/mockups into clean, production-ready UI
• Review existing UI and identify usability gaps and inconsistencies
• Suggest and implement UX improvements during development
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly
• Contribute to reusable components and UI consistency

Required Skills

Frontend Expertise (Primary)

• Strong experience in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like React / Angular / Vue
• Solid understanding of:
  • Responsive design
  • Performance optimization
  • Component-based architecture

UX Awareness (Secondary but Important)

• Ability to understand and improve user flows
• Basic working knowledge of tools like Figma (reading designs, minor tweaks)
• Good sense of layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Awareness of usability and accessibility best practices

Good to Have

• Experience working on enterprise or data-heavy applications
• Exposure to design systems or component libraries
• Basic understanding of UX metrics or user behavior

What Success Looks Like

• Clean, intuitive, and performant UI
• Fewer usability issues due to proactive improvements
• Faster delivery with minimal back-and-forth on UI/UX gaps
• Consistent look and feel across applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field - Preferred
