JOB SUMMARY

At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, A Hilton Hotel great food is a key ingredient to our guest experience. As a Prep Cook, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen team, helping to bring our culinary creations to life. Your role involves preparing ingredients, setting up cooking stations, and ensuring a smooth operation during meal services. You'll work closely with our chefs to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Pre-Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes according to the menu. In this role, you will:

• Prepare food items, including chopping, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
• Assist with setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.
• Assist in the preparation of special menu items, including guest requests and dietary accommodations.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• A passion for food and a commitment to quality.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
