Heal n Cure invites Receptionist Front Desk - with 2 years experience at a Medical Office for an outpatient Medical Center, at Northbrook, Illinois
(Chicago's Northern Suburb). Both Full-Time and Part-Time (20-30 hrs) available.
Greeting Patients,
Calling patients on the phone,
Answering questions about our practice to prospective patients and callers,
Scheduling appointments on a computer,
Managing front desk,
Printing test reports from a computer,
Working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR),
Filing patient charts,
Emailing,
Verifying and collecting insurance information and copays on payor portals
Collect deductibles/copays using credit card.
