We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Strong Pay That Grows With You – Competitive starting pay with annual merit increase eligibility. Technicians with 1+ year of experience and active RBT certification start at $20/hour.
Monthly Bonus Opportunities – Earn additional income based on direct care hours with clients, with the opportunity to earn $2,940–$5,250 in your first year and $3,500–$5,250 in your second year.

Implementing individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one (1:1) therapy sessions and, when clinically appropriate, two-on-one (2:1) therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
Collect data and document progress
Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Professional references
Reliable transportation and clean criminal history
Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
