Manufacturing Project Specialist

Hours: 8AM- 4:30PM

Workdays: Monday- Friday

The Project Specialist is a liaison responsible for providing quality service, performing research and analysis, managing project schedules, and executing effective communication strategies while working with HCL’s Suppliers and Manufacturing teams to facilitate creation of solutions tailored to client needs while meeting company goals and expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in communications is preferred, or relevant professional experience (at least 3 years)
•       Experience in the customer service and sales field
•       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•       Strong planning and organizational skills
•       Ability to work with and coordinate multiple teams and departments
•       Proven performance in leadership, problem-solving, and resourcefulness
•       Exceptional attendance and punctuality
