Director of Member Engagement

Jobs to be done:

1. Proactively reach out to healthcare practitioners, executives, entrepreneurs, and investors to invite them to one of our upcoming monthly programs in multiple cities.
2. Capture their contact info in our CRM system and work with our Dir of Marketing on an outbound campaign to keep them engaged, and ensure their attendance at an upcoming event.
3. Post-event, send Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey of their experience and follow up to gauge what went well and areas for us to improve.
4. Follow through to convert awareness to attendance, and post positive experience, into paid membership or sponsorship.
5. Nurture your list of proactive member candidates through membership and annual renewal campaigns.

• We're testing this idea of a peer group of healthcare professionals/execs in multiple cities, so you must be super organized, diligent, and follow through to engage and influence the right profile to join us.
• Ideal for professional recruiters or those who have sold professional services (consulting, accounting, tax, audit, architecture, engineering) in the past.
• In a startup environment, critical that you're flexible, adaptive, and hustle - time is of the essence and we have critical milestones to achieve in 2019 and beyond.

Incredible flexibility (work from home, as long as there is a professional, polished home office for video calls), extremely low travel & we'll train you on all of our tools.
