We are seeking physicians who value a like-minded colleagues and joining a group that admits at a great hospital and is affiliated with a large group of capable, board certified specialists.

There are multiple openings for your consideration with much potential for a provider who seeks growth, quality and a supportive environment. The practice is the largest in the area and is well integrated into the community where it serves numerous families. It is growing with a large patient base. The practice is moving to a new type of practice plan which includes two nurse practitioners with each family practice physician. It also entails flexibility in the scope of services the physician will provide such as the inclusion of sports medicine, geriatrics, teaching at the affiliated medical school, emergency care, chronic disease medicine beauty care, etc.
Although most physicians in the group maintain standard office hours m-f and have a strictly outpatient practice, the opportunity to work less than 5 days per week can be arranged if desired by the doctor. The emphasis is on care, service such as same day appointments, and quality of life for the physician rather than increasing the panel size. An academic appointment is available at the medical school, commensurate with experience.
The practice is committed to investigating the effectiveness of all treatment options, including new drugs and procedures that hold great promise. Rotation is less than 1:6.
The main non-profit admitting hospital is the area’s only Level I trauma center.
Basic duties are to treat all members of family regardless of sex or age. Ensures proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Opportunity for inclusion of OB services (or not) or to add specialization in geriatric, aesthetic, sports medicine or other subspecialties.
