Here's a more engaging Indeed-style posting that fits the tone we've been using for your CSLS recruitment campaigns. It focuses less on the tasks and more on attracting the right people.
Do people naturally gravitate toward you because you're kind, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others?

I think this version will perform much better on Indeed because it speaks directly to the type of person you want to hire rather than simply listing duties. It also markets Maple Creek as a great place to work, which tends to increase applicant quality.
