Chart Reviewer / QI Clerk / HEDIS Abstractor

Daily Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently conduct medical record review services specific to the Health Care Effectiveness Data Information Set (HEDIS)

• Successfully complete required training

• Communicate with offices as necessary to insure accuracy of data collection

• Develops expertise with the HEDIS performance measures

• Utilizes various software applications to support HEDIS abstraction

• Available for entire project

Hours for this Position:

• 40 hour work week ; POSSIBLE Work From Home - If home based, must have high speed internet
