Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties:
Duties and Responsibilities
o Review and process initial provider enrollment applications per State requirements
o Update provider changes, certifications, and license updates
o Navigates multiple licensing and medical certification websites to obtain updates.
o Follows up with providers on outstanding issues within contractual guidelines set by our customer.
o Provides excellent customer service with professional verbal and written abilities.
o Interacts with providers and coworkers in a professional manner.
o Ability to identify when to elevate a documentation issue and identify the root cause.
o Records calls accurately in a call tracking system and records all steps accurately in the provider’s file.
o Maintains specific quality and quantity standards.
o Assists providers via telephone and email to resolve credentialing and enrollment issues related to the provider file.
Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures:
High School Diploma or GED
Provider enrollment and credentialing
MS application knowledge
Location: 9415 W Golden Trout Boise , Idaho 83704
Shift: M-F 8-5
