Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls both from members and providers

• Provides accurate, efficient and courteous service

• Working with the inbound call center taking calls from members and providers from 3 state plans to handle eligibility, benefit and payment questions

Hours for this Position:

• 8am-8pm (staggered 8 hour shifts), OT is available on voluntary basis

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED

• 1-3 years customer service/call center experience

• Great attendance, punctuality, and reliability
