Pharmacy Coordinator

• This person will be supporting the pharmacy department coordinating services.

• Receive and respond to provider and pharmacy calls regarding prior authorizations

• Track overrides to ensure criteria has been met

• Audit prior authorizations

• Assist with member inquires related to formulary process

• Collaborate with quality improvement department with various meeting preparation and transcription of minutes

• Assist with the pharmacy utilization review and reporting process

• Assist provider relations department with educating providers on the health plan’s pharmacy process.

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience

• Pharm D experience

• PDE (Prescription Drug Event) Error resolution experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Pay $16.00 per hour, negotiable
