Retain patients on service, and they enjoy the reward of exceeding patient expectations, turning unsatisfied customers into happy patients.
Receive calls for members that want to leave the pharmacy
Many of these members are upset or angry with the service, so this person is going to have to handle sensitive situations with ease
Receive high escalated calls and must have very strong customer service and problem solving skills

Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Texas (no disciplines)
3+ year(s) of experience
Excellent de-escalation skills
Strong customer service skills
Solid & clear communication

Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

Pay rate: $20.08/hr
