• Work flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, days and evenings.
• Work in confined spaces, where temperatures may be extreme to assist and/or assess Team Member recommendations
• Follow all company policies and procedures and perform work within Company safety guidelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or similar field strongly preferred
• Proven record of developing top sales performers
• Able to guide and influence sales force with varying degrees of experience
• Versatile customer service experience with emphasis on client satisfaction and sales
• Interpersonal Skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-discipline environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Able to drive a company vehicle and satisfy the requirements of insurance carrier
• Must pass drug test and background check
