This senior living community offers various levels of care from independent living to skilled nursing and short-term rehab. In this position, the PTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs. At 30 – 40 hours per week, this is a full-time position.
